How do I know my order has been placed?
Once you have processed your order through our secure checkout, you will receive email confirmation to the email address you specified. Please ensure our email address is "whitelisted" so it doesn't get trapped in spam. -
How quickly can I expect my order to arrive?
We try and dispatch products within one working day of order confirmation. You should receive your order 2-3 days after that (if not before). Should you require faster shipping, please contact us on info@clarityhealth.co.uk. Should an item be delayed, Clarity Health will inform you by email, so you can make a decision on how you would like to proceed. -
I have received the wrong order, what should I do?

Can I pay with Paypal?
Yes, you can! We use Paypal as our secure checkout, which allows you to pay normally using your credit or debit card, or you can use your Paypal account. We feel this gives our Customers freedom to choose the payment method they prefer. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. -
Is stock held in the UK?
Even though we carry a lot of brands that are manufactured outside of the UK, all stock is held in the UK. We want to ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner. -
