DESCRIPTION
A multi vitamin and mineral with omega 3 fatty acids that has been specially formulated for optimal nourishment during pregnancy supplying 800 mcg of folic acid, 23 mg of zinc and useful sources of EPA and DHA omega 3 fatty acids. Suitable pre-pregnancy and whilst breast-feeding.

CAUTIONS & CONTRAINDICATIONS

Directions for use
One (1) pack each day as a food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not to be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Caution: 25mg of iron may cause stomach upset in sensitive individuals. Contains ingredients derived from Anchovy.
